OCC FIT CLUB

HOT BODY BOOTCAMP

4 week outside bootcamp-style class that will kick your booty.

FREE with your Work it Out  membership or $5 for drop in.

 Wednesday nights in September

5:30-6:30 pm

 We will meet in the parking lot of the club and bring a towel & water and make sure you have a healthy carb/protein mix snack about an hour before class.

Be a little scared! 

 4 weeks until a new fit you! 

Burn fat-increase your lean body mass-ignite your fat burning engine

 Hill training-traditional bootcamp style exercises-TRX suspension training– boxing-band training-jump rope-sprints-battling ropes & much more

Classes are open to Jr. High students to adults.

 All classes will meet at OCC.
